The Opportunity They are looking for a Client Services Administrator with a professional services background to support their accounting team.
Your duties may include: Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO Maintain and update software systems with client information Preparing and lodging ASIC forms Collation of financial statements and tax returns Preparing letters associated with these Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines for clients ensuring lodgements and payments are made on time Ensure client review meetings are scheduled and complete About You 2+ years Client Services experience within an Accounting practice Previous ASIC experience Xero and CAS 360 experience would be advantageous Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems Good attention to detail Able to build rapport with clients Benefits Ability to work from home 2 days a week A supportive work environment with excellent culture Professional development and career tracking every 6 months Work for a respectable firm who is able to offer longevity and job security - High staff retention!
