The person Enjoys making a difference in people's lives, enabling fit-for-purpose financial services with a strong focus on regulatory complianceExperience in providing exceptional client service, preferably within the financial services and or superannuation industryThe ability to consult and collaborate with others and work as an effective team memberExcellent personal presentation standardsA passion for developing a relationship with your clients, delivering a highly responsive serviceExcellent time management, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems under pressurePrior experience working with XPlan would be advantageousThe role You will exceed our clients' expectations by having an adaptable, proactive, and analytical mindset. A day in the life of a Client Service Manager looks like this:
Work alongside Advisers to assist in the preparation of advice and supporting documentation to a high standardCoordinate and manage the Adviser's schedule, ensuring all appointments and tasks are organised and up to dateEnsure the efficient and effective implementation of recommended strategiesManage client reporting as well as annual compliance requirementsLiaise with third parties such as super funds, Centrelink, and fund managersProcess client funds transfers, withdrawals, and depositsUse your initiative to suggest efficiencies in all areas of administrationConduct file audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standardsEngage with various stakeholders to drive a culture of compliance within the organisationThe perks (just a few) Competitive base salary (plus super) is negotiable based on experienceWe have a progressive values-based cultureWe promote a positive work/life balanceWe offer opportunities for you to grow and develop your careerVibrant team environmentIf this sounds like you, we would be delighted to hear from you.
