As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) within our Equity Plan Solutions team, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving opportunities for growth. While other office locations may be considered (Sydney), the preferred location is our Melbourne office.Role Overview:As a CRM, you will take ownership of client relationships, working closely with our employee share plan clients to ensure their needs are met. This role involves overseeing client services, managing strategic initiatives, and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered on time and in line with client needs.Identify opportunities for enhancing client share plans and maximizing business growth.Manage key client projects, including Annual General Meetings and other share plan milestones.Ensure clients meet regulatory requirements and manage any queries or issues within agreed service levels.Prepare and dispatch client invoices and monitor payment processes.Drive business development through cross-selling and identifying new opportunities.Experience & Skills:Knowledge of the financial services industry, including the securities market and operational transaction management.Proven experience in client relationship management from within the financial services sector (e.g., Share Registry, Capital Markets, or Employee Share Plans).Proficiency in employee share plan or equity plan experience and related regulations highly desirable.University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.Strong business development skills, with a track record of identifying and delivering on opportunities for growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and delivering results on time.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.What's it like to work here:At MUFG Pension & Market Services, we foster a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
