You will play a crucial role in addressing client inquiries and providing insightful solutions to their accounting needs. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative practices that benefit both our clients and our client's operations.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client service and operational efficiency. Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup. Prepare and analyse financial reports for clients and provide financial support. Manage the team, prioritising and allocating work tasks. Analyse operational performance metrics and recommend improvements for increased productivity. Lead training and development initiatives for staff to ensure professional growth and optimal performance. Identify opportunities and strategies to attract new clients to expand on our current services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field. Experience as a Chartered Accountant desirable. Prior experience in client operations in the accounting industry. Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset. Proficient in accounting software and CRM platforms. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
