In this role you will contribute to a unified framework across the Client Partnerships team, which integrates key six functions to deliver a seamless 360-degree experience for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities** + Collaborate to establish a consistent operational framework across Client Partnerships teams.
+ Drive the delivery and implementation of strategic projects.
+ Promote continuous improvement and share best practices within the team.
+ Identify cost-effective opportunities to enhance service levels.
+ Foster innovative thinking and challenge the status quo within the commercial business.
+ Focus on optimising workflows, documenting processes and executing critical projects to boost team efficiency.
