What the day will look like Responsible for Real Estate renewal portfolio, empowering client service team to achieve retention & growth aspirationsBuild reputation that leads to new opportunities and strengthens existing client arrangementsExecute and embed within client service team, the annual strategy focused on delivering revenue growth and client valueLead your client service team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and support them in their own career developmentConnect with wider Aon stakeholders to ensure added value solutions are delivered to enhance client experienceCultivate and develop relationships with key real estate insurer partners and key clientsExecute client service plans in line with objectives and oversee delivery against the planDemonstrate an engagement with clients to create further opportunitiesAct as a technical referral point for colleagues and clients as requiredDevelop talent and build a high-performing team through continuous learning, honest feedback, rigorous development and disciplined talent managementActively participate in and support Business Development activity and be available for joint client/prospect meetings as/where required.Skills and experience that will lead to success Commercial understanding of business and the Insurance marketReal Estate, Landlords or professional services experience relevant to the insurance industryStrong technical knowledge of insurance products required by small businessRG146 Tier 1 qualification (required) and/or Diploma of Broking (advantageous)Leadership capability and the commitment to developing leadership skillsExcellent commercial skills including ability to deliver and report on financialsStrong negotiating, listening and communication skillsProven client management, portfolio management and relationship skillsAdaptable, focused and self-disciplined, with strong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem solving ability3-5 years proven leadership, people development and team building/recruitment success.How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
