About us: Flourish Holistic Services Pty Ltd is a provider of Allied Health Services for individuals enrolled in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and referred to us by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Transport Accident Commission (TAC), WorkSafe, and Workcover.
Flourish Holistic Services is looking for an experienced and exceptional Client Liaison Officer on a Part-time / Full-time basis to join our team.
The purpose of this role is to focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in the everyday occupations of life.
Key Responsibility Area: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and information on clinic services and the NDIS process. Coordinate services for clients by liaising with various departments, ensuring their needs are met according to their NDIS plans. Prepare and manage rosters for practitioners to ensure adequate coverage for client appointments and services. Schedule and manage appointments, therapy sessions, and assessments for clients, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources. Assist new clients with the intake process, gathering necessary documentation and developing personalized care plans. Ensure all client records and documentation are accurately maintained and updated in compliance with NDIS requirements. Manage client agreements and service bookings, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring NDIS funding is used appropriately and within the scope of each client's plan. Prepare and submit required reports related to client progress, service delivery, and funding usage. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to foster trust and satisfaction. Identify opportunities to bring in new clients and increase business for the clinic through outreach and networking. Collaborate with external agencies and healthcare providers to enhance the support network available to clients. Assist clients in preparing for NDIS reviews and reassessments, ensuring they can maximize their plans. Provide education and resources to clients and families on making the most of their NDIS plans. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional resolution. Support the clinic's management in developing business growth strategies, including expanding services and targeting new markets. Promote the clinic's services through networking and relationship building within the community and healthcare sector. Stay updated on NDIS policies and best practices to ensure the clinic's operations remain compliant and effective. To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following: Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a related field 2-3 years of experience in the field Should be an Australian citizen or permanent resident Good communication skills Ability to work in a team Knowledge & Experience in NDIS Business Operating Hours: Monday – Friday; 9.30am – 5.30pm
