About You
Experience within the residential building industry is preferred Demonstrated understanding of residential building Strong focus on providing client service excellence Ability to build strong relationships with our valued clients Strong administrative skills and be solution focused Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously Outstanding interpersonal and communicational skills Strong organisational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient and professional customer service Update clients on the build journey from initial design to completion Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure accuracy of all documentation and ensure project progresses on time Liaise with internal departments to stay informed at all times Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Mentoring, training, and upskilling will be available to further enhance your existing skills.
