Job Advert Details The purpose of the role is to support of Korean clients' escalations on transactional queries and support non-transactional requests for our Securities Services product. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services. We are looking for a Client Service Manager who supports Korean clients contracted with HSBC HK Securities Services.Job DescriptionüMaintain good service quality with responsible clientsüOversight of clients' transaction inquiriesüResponsible and accountable for clients' non-transactional requestsüDedicated point of contact for clients' operational issues and escalation managementüManage client complaints and feedback and coordinate with internal stakeholders for improvementü Support Account Manager for Due Diligence and Service Review Meetings Information üExtensive experience in client facing role in the similar industryüAble to demonstrate ability to build relationships with clients and internal üMinimum of 7 years' experience in Securities Services or other banking sector üProficiency in English and KoreanüSound communication, interpersonal and organization skillüHigh level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
