About the RoleAs a Client Integration Manager in our team, you'll play a key role in being technically hands-on and responsible for setting up secure connectivity between customer systems and ANZ systems. You will manage the file/message integration of Transaction Banking solutions for our Institutional customers. The role will also have elements of project management, as part of coordinated activities between external customers and internal ANZ teams.
What will your day look like?Your key responsibilities will include:
Implement customer solutions within agreed timeframes, ensuring revenue targets can be metManage connectivity, testing and integration components of implementation projects by thoroughly scoping and executing tasks as per customer requirementsReceive exceptional feedback from customers throughout implementation and as part of Post Implementation Review processReceive exceptional feedback from internal and external stakeholders against deliverablesDeliver results and influence outcomes (internally and externally)Situation and Incident management; ensure issues are efficiently resolved within agreed timeframesAdhere to the implementation standards and guidelinesAlignment and compliance with ANZ processes, policies and strategyManage technical components of projects, with timely handover of implemented solutions to BAU support teamsWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Relevant qualification in information technology/business fieldExperience in ISO 20022 formats & transformation logic, as well as an understanding of connectivity protocols (e.g. SWIFTNet, sFTP, HTTPS, AS2) and data encryption (PGP)Extensive knowledge of Transaction Banking products, channels and processesStrong experience working in an external client facing Payments & Cash Management integration roleDemonstrated analytical & stakeholder management skills.
