About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Client Care Coordinator to manage and execute client-focused events that strengthen relationships and promote the Home Instead brand. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a passion for event planning, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
This role has a dual focus, both on the development and implementation of client activities and events along with service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate social events to enhance the lives of our clients.
Arrange and grow community-based activities to foster a supportive environment.
Be the first point of contact for new client enquiries—answer phones and nurture leads.
Collaborate with our care management team to engage new clients.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
