Opportunity Responsibilities Join the Kieser Hobart team as a Client Advisor, a role committed to welcoming our clients with enthusiasm and care.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating client appointments and managing a busy electronic clinic diaryProcessing client payments (EFT, HiCaps, MediPass)Promoting Kieser's products and servicesConducting membership consultsProviding administrative support to the leadership and clinical teamAnswering questions and resolving problems for clients and team membersConsistently delivering high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standardsIdeal candidates thrive in a client-facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences.
Attention to detail and superior IT skills are beneficial.

This is a full-time position and shift times are generally between Mon-Fri 7.30am – 7pm / Saturdays 7am – 3pm.
