Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional service.
Your key responsibilities will include: Undertake the general direction and supervision of the Cleaning Team members on shift.Participating in the induction and training of new Team Members.Oversee the maintenance of food safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the DC, while adhering to all Health and Safety procedures.Ensure the correct use of chemicals, equipment, and machinery by all team members.Develop strong working relationships and a positive team environment.Work with team members to ensure work schedules are completed to quality standards, within required time frames.To be considered for this role you will: Have previous experience supervising cleaning team members, including roster management, ideally in the food service industry or commercial supply chain environment.Hold a current driver's license and vehicle (desirable).Build and maintain strong working relationships.Possess intermediate to advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).Have the ability to work flexible hours when required.If you would like the opportunity to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.
