Our client based in Bendigo is passionate about providing Australian families with quality protein food, they are currently looking for a Permanent Full-Time, Farm Facility Team Leader Cleaner to join their team. The shift times for this role will be Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. If you have experience with farm or site facility cleaning and team leading this may be the role for you Key Responsibilities Monitor and comply with the Company's standards and policies on Farming, Good Manufacturing Practices Hygiene and Sanitation, Repairs, and Maintenance, Integrated Pest Management Australia requirements Provide for the induction and training of all employees, labour hire staff, and contractors onsite under the Company's procedures Perform general shed cleaning activities as required and report to company representatives Supervise staff and appropriate allocation of duties to personnel Manage staff performance and behaviour including compliance with the Company's procedures and liaising with HR as required Ensuring relevant records are maintained and controlled and that all documentation is produced in its required format and on time Comply with all Company policies and procedures in place as amended from time to time Perform all other tasks as requested within your level of skill, competence, and training.
