About the Role  We are seeking a dynamic and committed person, to join our community as a Classroom Support Assistant (CSA) commencing in Semester One 2025.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in advancing the mission of JPC by fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Through active collaboration with teachers and staff, they will help create opportunities for students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Selection Criteria  An ability to assist in implementing an effective model of service to support teachers in the classroom.
An understanding and appreciation of the learning and social needs of such students and their families.
An ability to use initiative, discretion, and judgment in planning, organising, and achieving outcomes under time constraints.
Capacity to provide specialist technical advice, direction, and assistance in the area of expertise using skills and knowledge relevant to the qualification for this level.
Capability to resolve complex problems and coordinate work within their department.
Other Eligibility Criteria  You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible to apply for this position.
This position involves working with children.
