Your Role Joining Retail Insurance Australia (RIA) with brands such as NRMA Insurance & ROLLiN' to lead a team of Specialists within the CTP Claims Quality & Compliance function, you'll play a key role in the design, implementation, execution, reporting and communications of the Quality Assurance Program for the function.
As a leader and coach, you'll support and uplift your team's performance with training, development opportunities, and continuous improvement of business process.
This is a permanent full-time role, and we welcome applicants from Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. About You We are looking for someone with a good attitude, who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experience:
Experience managing or familiarity with personal injury claims Ability to interpret and analyse legislation, regulations, and guidelines, with sound knowledge of compulsory third party legislation and regulations preferred Proficiency in operating systems (such as ClaimCenter 8, Tableau, ServiceNow) and project management of cross-functional initiatives Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring Proven ability to build and maintain influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, balancing improvement efforts with customer, regulator, and community expectations Familiarity with auditing and assurance methodologies, frameworks, and approaches would be advantageous Applications close Wednesday 2 October 23:59pm AEST.
