Together.We're on a constant journey of improvement, delivering what we proudly call 'SIXT star service' for a seamless and premium experience.Job DescriptionSIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Claims Administrator to join the Claims team full-time on a 6 month contract.Reporting to the Claims and Infringements Manager, you will evaluate and validate reported damages and documentation, ensure all necessary information is gathered for customer contact, and be responsible for initiating, responding and concluding communication regarding damages with the customer as a handover to the Recovery Officer.This is a hybrid opportunity, working between our offices at Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney CBD and working from home as well as sites across Australia as agreed and required for the role.Your key responsibilities will include:Verifying and analysing all claims documents to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and to accurately assign liability for reported damagesConfirming receipt of all invoices and assessments from the Fleet and Operations teamsEnsuring accurate data entry and maintenance within the Claims Management SystemLiaising with internal stakeholders and informing them of the damage charges relating to our corporate accountsConducting follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure necessary responses and information are received for claims progressionIdentifying roadblocks and challenges in the claims process, and presenting proposals for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectivenessMaintaining clear and professional communication with customers regarding their claims, and adapting communication strategies to meet the needs of various clients and situationsEnsuring the claims mailboxes are managed accordingly with the aim to respond to customer enquiries within 24-48 hoursResponding to customer's telephone enquiriesCalculating and informing the customer of the damage chargesReviewing accident claims and determining liability in preparation for claim lodgementQualifications2+ years' experience in a previous Claims or Administration roleStrong attention to detail, time management, and portfolio management skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilities, particularly when speaking with customers on the phoneAbility to overcome objections and work with high volumesAnalytical mindset with problem solving skillsDispute handling and conflict resolution expertiseFamiliarity with claims management software, databases, and processesAll successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check.Additional InformationAt SIXT Australia, we offer more than just discounts – though you get those too!
