Haynes currently have an opportunity for an experienced Civil Project Supervisor/ Leading Hand to work alongside our well-established client located in Townsville to deliver quality projects in civil construction, bulk earthworks and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities Maintain day-to-day running of contractors and developers on site to deliver project on timeEnsure activities on site are completed to a high standard and attention to detailConducting daily pre-starts and manage feedback from TeamProviding a high level of communication to the Project ManagerA commitment to workplace health, safety, environment and quality standardsInterpret drawings and technical specificationsAbout You Current Drivers Licence and White CardRelevant experience and qualifications to operate plant machineryStrong experience in a Supervisory role with crews of varying sizesLooking for career progression within the industryAbility to work on sites in Townsville and surrounding areasMust be computer literateAbility to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol testing, where necessaryAustralian Working Rights At Haynes, we keep things simple: We back the talent of our people and land the jobs that best suit their needs.
