What We Offer Competitive Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage civil construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.Lead on-site teams with effective communication and collaboration.Maintain and monitor plant and equipment operations to meet project standards.Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Qualifications & Experience Cert IV in Civil Construction Supervision (preferred).Proven experience in civil construction, with expertise in roads, drainage, and underground services.Strong background in managing plant and equipment operations.Mandatory Requirements White Card (construction safety certification).Open Driver's Licence (HR/HC Licence preferred).Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment.Why You?
