We have an exciting new role for a Package Manager with civil and NPI experience, to join the Natural Resources team in Perth to work across our major projects.
This role could be for a Contractor or you could join the team permanently.

We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.
In this role you will be required to:
Develop and manage budgets and schedules for various work programs including bulk and detailed civil works and NPI.Ensure project risks are identified and actively managed to ensure successful project outcomes.Manage and optimize civil and earthworks design to be constructible, fit for purpose, in line with the client's expectations and ensure design inputs are robust.Develop strategy for supply of materials required for the project.Assist with the submission of the client's approvals by providing discipline-specific technical and advisory inputs.Work as part of the senior project team to agree contract strategy and package battery limits and negotiate commercial terms.Formulate effective business cases and trade-off through bringing together technical knowledge and commercial concepts.Liaise with and coordinate contributions from multiple parties, maintaining a high level of stakeholder engagement and guiding overall study direction.Monitor, manage and report relevant study performance indicators to meet business requirements.The role will be based in Perth, with travel to site on an 'as needs' basis.QualificationsMust be in Western Australia with full working rights.Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering (Civil or Structural)10 years' experience in a similar role, leading works/teams across multiple packages.Strong knowledge of civil, bulk earthworks, roads and NPI requirements in the resources sector.Experience in the implementation stages of major civil projects.Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report writing skills.Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast-paced environment.Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
