Key Criteria: At least 3+ years project engineering experience within mining or civil earthworks projects within Western Australia. Highly competent using Microsoft projects. Formal Civil Engineering degree that is recognised by Engineers Australia Unrestricted work rights (Graduate visas not considered for this role) White card Rio Tinto Inducted (Highly desirable) Active C" class driver's licence as a minimum Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and LABDAS prior to employment. Willingness to complete police check prior to employment. About the Role: This role will form part of our site engineering team working back-to-back with colleague on 8:6 roster on Rio Tinto site. Evidence project or services budgeting, always cognisant with the (strategic) cost structure expectations. Consistent M-A-P-E process and the Daily Scheduling meeting; provide and maintain project schedule. Manage operational staff requirements, rosters, leave, timesheets and control for all personnel and sub-contractors, including non-billable hours. Fifo 8:6 roster working day shifts only and pay included travel to and from site each day. Permanent role with long term career prospect opportunities.
