We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join our growing team.
In this role as the Draftsperson, you will digitally drive efficiency in the construction process through detailed 3D modelling.
Key Responsibilities: 3D modelling (AutoCAD, Revit or Tekla).Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine design drafts.Creating, updating, and maintaining detailed drawings using BIM software.Preparing technical drawings and documentation for various stages of the project lifecycle.Assisting with clash detection, construction detailing, and ensuring design integrity across various building projects.Evaluating and managing civil design components within BIM to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.Ensuring all drafts meet company standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations.Requirements: Proven experience as a Draftsperson, ideally with a background in design management or BIM-based projects.At least one year of experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans and details.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity in documentation.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary between $73,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.Superannuation paid in addition to salary.Opportunity to work in an innovative, collaborative, and supportive environment.If you're passionate about building modelling and want to be part of a forward-thinking team, we encourage you to apply!
