Senior Civil Designer – 12D

Mid-sized local civil/structural consultancy in Brisbane
Strong civil team – predominantly land development, urban infrastructure, local and state government and civil works for built form across SEQ
Tight knit family-like culture, Friday lunch/drinks, breakout recreation area
Civil documentation, including concepts and staging plans, consultation with the project team through weekly project meetings
Work closely with Project Director from design development through to completion
Projects - greenfield and brownfield land development, commercial/retail, industrial, infrastructure, health, residential and education sectors.
Design of roadworks, sewer, water reticulation, stormwater drainage, earthworks, retaining walls etc

Civil Designer - Land Development

Boutique civil consultancy, circa 20 staff
Exposure to complete project cycle -concept, design, documentation and construction phases
Civil works design for large scale subdivisions– roads, earthworks, stormwater, sewer
