Below is another great opportunity with one of our trusted clients. We are looking for a Drafting Team Leader with experience leading teams and strong technical skills.
The Drafting Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that plans are completed quickly and accurately to the site.
Reporting to the Drafting Manager, you will have a small team of drafters to mentor and manage.
The company builds over 300 homes per year in Queensland, both investment and retail (Owner Occupier).
With new designs coming out this year, your team will be busy ensuring the accuracy of the working drawings, so that plans are ready for the construction team.
Ideally, you will come from an Australian Building Company that builds over 200 homes per year.
You will need 2+ years as a Senior Drafter and 5+ years in Drafting.
You will need:
Design QualificationsIntermediate / Advanced skills in RevitPrevious experience working for an Australian Project Home BuilderExcellent knowledge of the Codes and Regulations in QueenslandUnderstanding of local suppliers and materials to help in the design processThis is a great opportunity to join a company that is in growth mode and has the energy to put best practice in place.
