Civil Construction – Worker/Operator (Field Environmental Officer 507106) Full Time, 35 hours per week
Temporary Role for up to 3 Years
Primary Work Location: Albury
Departmental Officer Grade 1/2 - Salary from $70,694 pa plus super and leave loading

About the Role
A day might include helping to complete a SWMS, setting up a construction site with fences, signs & site facilities or operating a digger, dozer or dumper.
You will help induct subcontractors and focus on keeping people safe regardless of the tasks you do.
You may work as part of a larger project team on a task-by-task basis to deliver environmental earthworks, build walking tracks, rehabilitate rivers, construct fire access tracks, or help implement erosion & sediment controls that are specified by project plans.
When offsite you will learn about planning, designing and costing works while honing your administration skills.
Minimum Requirements Working knowledge in the design and implementation of soil and water conservation projects and understanding of environmental principles and legislation.NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to travel (work away from home from time to time).Experience in civil construction or the agricultural industry.Applying is easy!
