About the Role We're currently seeking talented and experienced individuals with experience in the Civil Construction Industry to express their interest in being part of our team for upcoming projects. Positions will be based in Townsville and surrounding areas and will be ongoing for 12 months+. Positions Available: Civil Labourers Machine Operators (Civil) - Roller, Water Truck, Moxy, FEL

Skills & Attributes Current MR driving licence (preferable) Relevant Machinery Tickets and RII competencies Industry White Card Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills Effective time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks Confidence to work unsupervised or in a team environment Full Australian working rights

Key Duties Broad range of civil construction duties Machine Operations Working around bulk earthworks and services Assist on the ground with site based labouring where required Capacity to undertake multiple driving tasks involved in road construction, subdivision works, bulk earth moving, drainage and cartage etc.
