Role Overview:
As a Customer Assistant, your mission will be to ignite joy in every customer who walks through our doors. Your personality and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences will help us achieve our goals. From achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to captivating visual merchandising, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing the dusk vision to life over our peak trade period!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver perfect customer experiences, leaving customers satisfied. Achieve KPIs and ensure our store's success. Work with visual merchandising to create an inspiring store environment. Share your knowledge of our candles and homeware products. Maintain a visually enticing store for customers. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment. About You:
