Job Description Reporting to the CHPP Production Superintendent, the CHPP Production Coordinator will provide leadership, achieve targets while maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values. About the Role Assist in developing and coordination of Daily production plans. Setting Shift Supervisors up for success, including the required resources and equipment to execute set shift plans. Liaise with Process Engineers to ensure the effective operation of CHPP's and product stockpile stacking locations. Abiding by and implementing high quality safety and housekeeping standards at the CHPP Oversight of the short-term forecasts - production Team key deliverables (coal qualities, inspections, training). Working closely with other departments including Maintenance Planning, Execution, and CHPP Services teams to achieve Coal production targets, and manage costs in line with set budgets. Roster and Location Monday to Friday roster. Based on site at HVO North facility. About You Possess high performing, natural leadership capabilities, with the ability to think strategically, plan effectively and solve complex problems. Demonstrate commitment to a high performing safety culture. Proven ability and experience in a CHPP Production environment. High work ethic with the ability to challenge others and think dynamically to achieve the best outcome. Exceptional attention to detail and high level interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. Driven to succeed and develop, this role is fitting for future leaders to develop their skills. Acting responsibly whilst caring for others and the environment. Basic level exposure to MS Office skills, for communication and reporting will be highly regarded.
