Childcare - Centre Manager (Maternity Leave)

LEAD Childcare Sunrise are looking for a Centre Manager to cover a Maternity Leave position for approximately 6 months. The successful applicant will have the potential to remain at the Service in a Leadership position. You will have proven experience Managing a Service and demonstrate knowledge and understanding in leading a dedicated and experienced leadership team within the Service.

About your EXCITING new career!

Leading a team of dedicated and passionate Educators to create a safe and secure environment where children are supported and encouraged to be engaged, creative and curious.
Guiding the day-to-day operations of the Centre alongside your Centre Leadership Team.
Communicating directly with our experienced and supportive Area Managers, General Manager and Approved Provider and Head Office Team.
Participating in Quarterly Centre Manager professional development conferences and ongoing professional development to continue your ongoing learning journey.
Contributing to and upholding the Vision, Mission and Philosophy of LEAD Childcare.
Inspiring a team of passionate Educators to implement quality programs and embed policies and procedures into child-focused Centre practices, routines and rituals.
Creating long-lasting connections with our families and staff as well as the wider community.
Supporting the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

What you will need to SUCCEED!

Must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or relevant qualifications.
Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID012).
Current CPR certificate (HLTAID001).
Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate.
Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation.
Current Child Protection Certificate.
Relevant Food and Fire Safety Certificates.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38.59 – $43.36 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
