Working alongside the Centre Manager, and part of the Leadership team, together you will strive for high quality in all aspects of the service delivery.

About The RoleThis is a Permanent Part-time opportunity, across Monday – Friday.
As our new Administrator, you will hold a pivotal place in our Centre Leadership Team and support your Centre Manager in building an exceptional centre.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesCreate weekly rosters, ensuring that budgets are being metReview reports to ensure smart business decisions with your Centre Leadership teamDropbox archiving and document managementReview and collate Google reviews and parent feedbackReview and report daily attendance recordsManage maintenance requestsEvent and activity planning and coordinationRecord keeping and complianceCredit card reconciliationCRM data integrity and analysisWHS audits and procedureAbout YouYou are an experienced Administrator with strong business acumen, an eye for detail, compliance, and the ability to build strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
