As the Chief People Officer, you will have the chance to shape the future of the organisation as the business expands and evolves. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that spans from operational HR tasks to strategic development and transformation initiatives, including direct engagement with the Board.
Key Responsibilities: Lead cultural change initiatives and drive OD strategies to support business growth. Partner closely with the executive team to shape and deliver the people strategy. Develop and implement performance frameworks that foster a high-performance culture. Drive strategic people initiatives that create value across the organization. Provide expert guidance during M&A activities and support the business through private equity engagements. Work closely with the Board, offering insights and contributing to strategic discussions. About You: Proven generalist P&C leader people with experience overseeing strategy, performance, remuneration and learning. Experience working within the FMCG, retail, or eCommerce sectors. Demonstrated expertise in OD including the development and implementation of performance frameworks and leading cultural change initiatives. Experience in M&A activities or private equity environments is highly regarded. A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a small, agile team. Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including the Board.
