In line with its vision, WorkCover is now seeking an experienced and visionary Chief People and Strategy Officer to spearhead this transformation across its people and processes.
This role is critical in leading a people-centric approach to organisational strategy, driving cultural transformation and ensuring that WorkCover remains a model of best practice in the industry.
About the Role and You Reporting directly to the CEO as a member of the executive leadership team, the Chief People and Strategy Officer is responsible for strategically leading the management and transformation of WorkCover's people strategy and operations, Corporate Strategy and Enterprise Portfolio Management Office functions.
With direct accountability for over 45 FTEs, this role will deliver tangible strategic and operational uplifts in all aspects of the functions under its remit.
We are seeking a leader with extensive experience at the senior executive level in workforce management, learning, human resources, strategy development and execution – with a proven track record of driving positive performance and an outcomes culture.
In this role you will implement best practice frameworks, policies and guidance to support WorkCover's transformation agenda.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, human resources, law or organisational psychology, with post-graduate qualifications in a relevant field, would be considered highly desirable.
