The Role: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
As the COO, you'll ensure seamless business operations while driving operational excellence. You will work closely with the CEO, focusing on optimizing processes, enhancing scalability, and building a highly engaged and capable leadership team. Your work will span Professional Services, Finance, Marketing, People & Culture, IT, Facilities, and Operations.

This is a hands-on role suited for a leader who can operate strategically while maintaining a close connection with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have successfully scaled a startup to a mid-sized company and is experienced in enhancing business processes in fast-paced environments.

Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, Finance, People & Culture, IT and Operations.Facilitate senior leadership meetings, guide strategic discussions, and ensure that projects align with business goals.Provide insights to the Board and Company Directors through regular reviews and reports.Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient daily operations, align resources, and optimize workflows across teams.Manage and maintain the company's KPI and goal tracking system, regularly communicating key metrics to staff.Develop and implement policies that connect sales, delivery, and billing for streamlined decision-making.Financial Leadership: Oversee cash flow, profitability, and forecasting, ensuring financial targets are met.Partner with an outsourced bookkeeping team to ensure precise financial reporting and planning cycles.People & Culture: Strengthen leadership capabilities and foster a culture of accountability.Drive employee engagement through effective internal communications, performance management, and career development.Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring smooth onboarding and retention.Your Background
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:
