PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)
MJD Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a leading business in the Utilities space to find an exceptional C-Suite Executive Assistant for their dynamic CFO. This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who is a strong project manager and is eager to tackle new challenges and elevate their career. This is a Senior position where you'll be a true trusted advisor to your executive. Ideally suited for someone who has been a project manager or c suite EA looking to progress their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Board members and shareholders as well as all internal stakeholders. Being able to effectively manage people and outcomes will be key to your success.
Team Management: Assist the CFO to organise the team and work with the Company Secretary to organise who needs to deliver what papers and when for CFO review. This will also involve working with the CFO's team and others across the organisation to ensure the organisation is well managed and there is effective two way dialogue. Your gravitas and interpersonal style will be key to your success here.
Diary Management: Oversee an extensive and constantly changing schedule with precision.
Travel Coordination: Arrange both domestic and international travel where your keen ability to understand the needs of the CFO and what the business needs of the CFO will be important.
Board Papers and document production: Prepare and compile documents and presentations, including board reports, and ensure that all documents are well formatted and presented.
Financial Reporting: Assisting the CFO and wider finance team to bring together company financial reports using your Project Management expertise.
Inbox Management: Efficiently organise and action emails on behalf of the CFO and ensure the CFO is focused on the matters of highest importance.
Administrative Support: Provide high-level secretarial and administrative assistance.
Event Management: Plan and coordinate business events and meetings.
About You:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in either supporting at C-Suite level or project management.
Preferably experience in the financial industry or supporting CEO/CFO.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Impeccable attention to detail with a proactive approach.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities across all levels.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
Professional, personable demeanour.
Leadership gravitas with the confidence to speak up.
