We are searching for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive team and drive strategic financial initiatives. The RoleAs CFO, you will report to the CEO and oversee the Finance Department, IT, and Office Manager. Your key responsibilities will include presenting financials and forecasts to the Board and Finance, Audit, and Risk Management (FARM) Committee, driving budget processes, overseeing the risk management framework, and leading financial technology improvements. You will ensure the REIQ's long-term financial stability and contribute data insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
