The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading and managing Client Care First, driving the organization's strategic direction, and overseeing day-to-day operations. The CEO will work closely with the director to implement the company's vision, ensuring compliance with NDIS and other relevant legislation while fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with Client Care First's mission and objectives. Drive organizational growth, including expanding services and facilities. Foster partnerships and collaborations that support Client Care First's objectives. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with NDIS guidelines. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards. People Leadership and Culture: Lead, mentor, and support a team of professionals, including Care Managers, Registered Nurses, and support staff. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and participant-centered care. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development programs for staff. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Client Care First in meetings with external stakeholders, including participants, families, and regulatory bodies. Communicate effectively with management, providing regular updates on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with NDIS and other partners. Quality and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
