About the roleThe Chief Executive Officer (CEO) sets the direction and provides leadership for the development and delivery of world-leading health infrastructure across Victoria. Your leadership will guide the development of innovative, commercially sustainable strategies and business plans, ensuring timely delivery of a significant infrastructure pipeline that aligns with VIDA's ambitious goals. You'll also be the public face of these transformative projects, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and leading high-impact communication campaigns to boost advocacy and brand visibility.About youA highly accomplished CEO or executive leader, you have a strong executive presence and a highly commercial and pragmatic perspective. A strategic thinker, you have a demonstrated ability to manage commercial and financial risk across multiple projects. You bring new ideas alongside your enthusiasm to challenge the status quo and effectively manage and drive change. With an ability to develop a culture of collaboration, you articulate a vision, build strong relationships and effectively engage your staff and stakeholders.
