Established in Ballarat in 2021, HealioCare offers a wide range of personal and domestic services that are tailored to make Clients' lives easier and help them continue their independence.

This has created the opportunity for an innovative and outcome-focused leader with a proven record of success in the Health Services sector to join the business as the Chief Executive Officer and take this dynamic business to the next level.
Reporting to the Directors and working closely with a team of 3 direct reports, this pivotal role will see the Chief Executive Officer:
Developing, driving and guiding the strategic direction of the business Providing oversight of daily business operations across multiple locations Leading, supporting and mentoring the three direct reports and broader HealioCare team Developing new and existing networks and stakeholder relationships to strengthen partnerships which encourage and support the business in achieving its strategic objectives and long-term vision Utilising your existing knowledge of the Health Services Sector to strengthen current services and identify and maximise new business opportunities. The Right Person
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field. Post Graduate Qualifications (MBA or equivalent) highly regarded 5+ years senior leadership experience and a proven background in driving business growth and new market development in the Human Services sector, including Aged Care, Mental Health or Disability Services/NDIS Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels Ability to confidently maintain and strengthen collaborative partnerships/relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and leaders from the NDIS, Health Services, Community, Government and Business sectors High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct, with a commitment to compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards Collaborative leadership style with a commitment to fostering teamwork, diversity, and inclusion within the organisation Demonstrated experience and proven ability in the management of budgets and business finances and in the further development of effective and efficient administrative processes, policies and procedures in line with governance and regulatory requirements The Benefits
