This has created the opportunity for an innovative and outcome-focused leader with a proven record of success in the Health Services sector to join the business as the Chief Executive Officer and take this dynamic business to the next level.
Reporting to the Directors and working closely with a team of 3 direct reports, this pivotal role will see the Chief Executive Officer:
Developing, driving and guiding the strategic direction of the businessProviding oversight of daily business operations across multiple locationsLeading, supporting and mentoring the three direct reports and broader HealioCare teamDeveloping new and existing networks and stakeholder relationships to strengthen partnerships which encourage and support the business in achieving its strategic objectives and long-term visionUtilising your existing knowledge of the Health Services Sector to strengthen current services and identify and maximise new business opportunities.The Right Person Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
