Our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for: Effective operation and management of the Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS)Partnerships for integration of services to provide a seamless continuum of high-quality care to the communityAn evolving inclusive culture that is aligned to organisational valuesProvision of advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors with respect to all activitiesThe position: In this strategic management role, you will lead a high-performing, complex healthcare organisation that was a finalist in the Premier's Medium Health Service of the Year. You will provide values-driven leadership and develop and maintain a positive and just culture which is innovative, cost-effective and responsive to community needs, under the direction of the Board of Directors.
The successful candidate will be accountable to the Bairnsdale Regional Health Service Board of Directors for the overall performance of BRHS, while simultaneously delivering the 2022 - 2026 strategic goals.

The Organisation: BRHS provides a comprehensive array of healthcare to the East Gippsland community.
