About the role Reporting to the General Manager, this senior position carries a high level of responsibility and commitment to the maintenance and engineering functions of our luxury hotel. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and departments within the Hotel as well as with external contractors.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating the Engineering team with regards to planning and executing in a timely manner all preventative maintenance and general repairs throughout the hotel to ensure standards continually improve.

Contractor management WHS and fire safety compliance. Project management (including capex) Research, recommend and liaise with the General Manager regarding procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the hotel & departments About you Previous experience in a similar position of managing the maintenance function of a large property
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
