Our kitchen team is led by Head Chef Paul Martin, who started his trade in Regional Victoria and has been a part of our growth for the past 7 years, with great local food knowledge & experience, as well as heading up some great kitchen teams at some of Australia's best restaurants over the past 25 years.
We are an independent hospitality group, with significant experience & success in the hospitality industry.
