The right candidate will be responsible for: • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, focusing on traditional recipes and innovative presentations.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and update menus.
• Managing kitchen staff, including training and scheduling.
• Overseeing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Contributing to the creation of a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
About you: • At least 2 years of experience as a Chef, preferably with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
