The focus of this role is to provide high quality, nutritious meals and exceptional service to our residents to enhance their daily lives.
This includes:
Planning, ordering and preparing meals in a way that will enhance the resident's dining experience, in line with all specialised diets, including supplements and texture modified foodsEnsure a high level of compliance with all food safety guidelines and HACCP proceduresThis is a Part Time role working Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm About you: This is the place for you if you have:
Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).Experience in a Residential Aged Care kitchen environment (ordering, budgeting and rostering).Worked with specialised diets, including supplements and texture modified foods.Fully conversant with HACCP and food safety legislation.Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions.Committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust).Essentials for working in Aged Care: Current and ongoing flu vaccinations.Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance.Make a positive difference in your community – apply now!
