Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities: Adhere to standards, portion control, and presentation styles for all dishes. Collaborate with managers and team members to address issues and ensure proper preparation and presentation of dishes. Oversee food rotation, hygiene practices, and occupational health and safety protocols. Plan menus and ensure proficiency in menu planning. Knowledge in Tandoor dishes. Must have knowledge of making Naan breads & Indian curries. Plan, collect, estimate food and commodities for menus Prioritize menus, recipes, and task sheets. Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/Kitchen Management or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Excellent time management skills.
