Chef De Partie / Kitchen Hand

We're looking for a Chef De Partie to join our team which is lead by one of the most outstanding executive chef going around. If you have strong work ethic and are incredibly eager to learn then please read further.  We're also looking for a casual kitchen hand. 
Our Italian Restaurant is all about cooking incredible food with organic, wholesome, nutritious ingredients. Our kitchen offers both a fine dining restaurant service, as well as a casual (but amazing and fast paced) weekend service. We are looking for someone who lives locally to McLaren Vale, however this is not essential.
