Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and a keen understanding of gross profit awareness, labor percentages, and HACCP regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Create and execute seasonal menus for all service periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner, functions) Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Manage kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations Monitor food costs and labor percentages to optimize profitability Collaborate with the team to develop innovative dishes and improve service Oversee the roster, ensuring adequate staffing across 7 days, including weekends and weeknights Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to manage kitchen staff effectively and efficiently Creative mindset with a passion for seasonal and local ingredients Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Why Join Us?
