Key Responsibilities: Manage Financial Systems: Efficiently oversee and manage various financial systems and processes according to industry standards, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy from the start.Diagnose Financial Issues: Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and issues using advanced analytical tools and techniques. Your ability to quickly pinpoint and correct problems will be crucial to maintaining financial integrity.Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits and inspections to prevent errors and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Implement proactive measures to ensure continuous, efficient operation.Enhance Financial Performance: Adjust and fine-tune financial strategies to optimise performance and efficiency, meeting both operational goals and regulatory requirements.Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing their financial concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the solutions provided.Compliance and Regulation: Adhere to all regulatory protocols and industry standards, ensuring compliance and a secure working environment. Stay current with the latest regulatory practices and standards.General qualifications: Candidates must be open to relocating to Australia.Australian PR candidates are first preference.Relocation expenses would fall on the candidate; therefore, they need to be in a financial position to make the move.Candidates with a relevant visa would stand a higher chance of being considered for the role.An English test as well as a skills assessment will be required for the purpose of the visa.Fluent English and excellent communication skills are a must!Requirements: CA Qualified.Big 4 or top-tier corporate experience in their early career.Moving into a finance role within one of the leading banks and insurance firms.Proven progression is shown through their career to date.Someone who has a niche skill set:Technical Accounting.Hedge Accounting.Not a regular general FP&A professional.Ideally, candidates who already have PR.Expected salary:
