Role Title: Change & Transition Manager
Contract: ASAP - 30/06/2025
Day Rate: Up to $700 per day + Super
Location: Wollongong / WFH (2 days per week in office)
Talenza are partnering with a NSW Government organisation to support the uplift of a technology transformation. This is an extremely exciting time to join not only an organisation that is in a period of growth but also about to embark on a project of work that will truly make a difference to the public.
The role of the Change & Transition Manager will establish a change framework and lead transition activity, including delivery of the stakeholder engagement and capability functions for the project and wider program.
About You: You are a forward-thinking and innovative Change Management professional who has demonstrated experience in:
Delivering and managing change within large digital programs of work Proven experience delivering organisational change at an enterprise or large scale level Delivering change strategy and approach for diverse stakeholder groups Strong ability to deliver change in a highly agile environment Demonstrated resilience and negotiation skills to advocate for stakeholder time and manage varying viewpoints Experience in NSW Government or Public Sector organisations Key Accountabilities: Develop the stakeholder mapping and engage with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are achieved and the reputation of the program and organisation is maintained. Develop and implement communication material for stakeholders ensuring multi-channel communication strategies are in place to meet the needs of the program and organisation. Create targeted stakeholder engagement and feedback activities and events in order to achieve program goals and transition digital solutions to increase uptake by end users. Complete assessments on the impact of change and transition initiatives on the organisation, its processes, and its stakeholders. Prepare a range of strategic and operational documents as required including briefing papers, discussion papers, reports, submissions, and responses to information requests. Please Note: This role may require additional in-person attendance or state travel which will be accommodated and paid for.
