Play an important part shaping the future of our iconic Australian institution
IT security project to uplift remote access.
This role is leading the change on an IT security project aimed at enhancing the Bank's remote access for all employees and Board members. As a member of our Enterprise Change Practice, you will be supported by a dedicated team of change professionals that work across the Bank's portfolio of change.
This is an end-to-end change management role with some of the key deliverables highlighted below.
Change Impact Assessment and Mitigation Strategies: Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential impacts of the changes on various departments and processes. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate any negative effects and ensure a smooth transition.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project. This includes regular updates, feedback sessions, and addressing any concerns promptly.Training and Support Programs: Design and deliver training sessions and support resources to ensure all employees and Board members are proficient in using the enhanced remote access systems. This includes creating user guides, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support.About YouChange Management Experience: Proven experience in managing change initiatives, including developing and executing change management plans, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies.Stakeholder Management: Experience in engaging and managing relationships with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, and end-users. The ability to address concerns and facilitate collaboration is crucial.Training and Development: Experience in designing and delivering training programs to ensure users are proficient with new systems and processes. This includes creating training materials and conducting workshops or training sessions.Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. The change manager should be able to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and updates to all stakeholders.
